Madeline Bell is an American soul singer, who became famous as a performer in the UK during the 1960s and 1970s with pop group Blue Mink, having arrived from the United States in the gospel show Black Nativity in 1962, with the vocal group Bradford Singers.

Madeline Bell also joined the French disco group Space, providing lead vocals on two of their albums. One of the songs she provided lead vocals on was "Save Your Love For Me" from 1978, which charted high in many countries. She also provided backing vocals for another French artist Cerrone.

"Madeline Bell - Our Unsung Hero" - Madeline Bell was born in Newark New Jersey on July 23, 1942. Madeline was a singer of the Bradford Singers and was part of the English pop group Blue Mink. Madeline is a gospel and soul singer. Madeline has also sung with Dusty Springfield and Donna Summer. Madeline Bell worked both as a solo artist as well as with Dusty Springfield and Serge Gainsbourg. In the UK she was a member of Blue Mink who scored a few top twenty hits. She’s sung with Joe Cocker; had Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones produced her album Comin’ Atcha and did some backing vocals for Elton John’s classic Honky Chateau… plus a whole load more including being part of disco band Space and appearing on Giorgio Moroder’s EMC2.
