Nathaniel Adams Coles, known professionally as Nat King Cole, was an American singer, jazz pianist, and actor. Cole's career as a jazz and pop vocalist started in the late 1930s and spanned almost three decades, during which he found success and recorded over 100 songs that became hits on the pop charts.

Duophonic tape version sound was a creative workaround when true stereo was expensive or unavailable, and it differs from true stereo, which features separate, distinct sounds and instruments mixed into left and right channels from the original recording.

Mono tape version is a single-channel audio recording, while duophonic is an artificial stereo effect created from a mono source by splitting it into two channels with different effects applied to each, like high-pass and low-pass filters, to simulate depth and space.
