TRPTK

Independent Audiophile Record Label | High-Resolution Recordings | Immersive Audio Production

TRPTK produces recordings for a variety of premium physical and high-resolution digital audio formats.

The availability of individual formats depends on the particular release and its production programme.

Hybrid SACD - Super Audio Compact Disc

Hybrid SACD is one of TRPTK's most important physical music formats. Designed for serious music enthusiasts and audiophiles, Hybrid SACD combines a conventional CD-compatible layer with a high-resolution DSD layer.

The CD layer can be played on standard CD players, while the SACD layer requires compatible Super Audio CD equipment.

Depending on the album, SACD editions may feature stereo and multichannel programmes.

TRPTK's Hybrid SACD releases are produced with particular attention to recording quality, mastering integrity and physical presentation.

They offer collectors an opportunity to experience the label's recordings through dedicated high-resolution optical disc playback systems.

Audiophile Vinyl LP Records

Selected TRPTK recordings are also available as premium vinyl LP editions. These releases combine carefully prepared digital masters with analogue disc playback, offering an alternative physical listening experience for collectors who appreciate vinyl records.

Selected editions have been manufactured on heavyweight 180-gram vinyl, with mastering and cutting specifications determined by the individual production.

Each vinyl release should be evaluated according to its own mastering source, cutting method, pressing details and edition specifications. TRPTK's vinyl releases are particularly attractive to collectors interested in modern original recordings rather than conventional reissues.

Pure Audio Blu-ray

TRPTK also supports Pure Audio Blu-ray as a high-quality physical audio format. Depending on the release, this format can accommodate high-resolution stereo and multichannel programmes, providing additional possibilities for music reproduction on compatible equipment.

At The Sound of Tape, we believe that outstanding music deserves outstanding sound reproduction. Our commitment is to introduce discerning listeners and collectors to exceptional recordings, specialist record labels and premium physical music formats from around the world.

TRPTK represents the spirit of musical discovery and recording excellence that we value. Its combination of innovative recording technology, artistic freedom and premium audio production makes the label a compelling choice for listeners who appreciate the finest details of a musical performance.
